1947 Hudson Super Six Pick-Up. 262 C.I. with 3 speed manual. Last year of the model and very rare to see in the wild. Fine example of an older restoration that has aged gracefully. Truck was clean and dry to begin with. Current owner has used as weekend driver the last 10 years and has decided to make room for something else. The Hudson has always been loved and appreciated. Body is laser straight. Bing Cherry over Gunmetal fenders. Older paint showing signs of age but show worthy, and none of the blems are worthy of addressing. I used body work detection meter all over the truck. There is hardly a trace of filler anywhere at all. Solid metal throughout. Bed has all new wood, 9 coats of varnish and stainless trim. Interior is amazing. It’s like an art deco museum inside. Seat has modified springs for more room. Carpet is new, bench is flawless and new seatbelts were installed. Undercarriage is clean and dry. This is a straight truck with excellent metal.
