Offered to the public for the first time since new is this 1954 Chevrolet Corvette with only 50K actual miles, and a numbers matching Blue Flame Six Engine! We were told that the previous owner was trying to purchase this Corvette off the original owner before he was drafted into the Vietnam War. Throughout his service he would send payments as he could throughout his tour and finalized the deal after he returned to the United States. The car was last inspected in 1981 and shows an odometer reading of 49,053 at that time. The Corvette was put onto jack stands and put into a dry climate-controlled garage where it was stored until recently. Being the car sat, the Corvette had brake service, fluid service, and some engine maintenance to get it back onto the road. The hand laid fiberglass on this car shows as youd expect while the classic white paint gives this car a timeless look. A brand-new beige canvas convertible top was just installed with a lot of new bracketing and hardware as well. Chrome work including bumpers, grille and have all been polished out and set this car off. The interior presents itself excellent with the dash area, console and seating area are all nicely detailed and show as it should. When you open the hood, youll find the engine compartment to be nicely detailed, and that classic Blue Flame Engine popping out at you. Underneath this Corvette, youll find it to be solid and once again nicely detailed and showing as it should. Cruising down the road youll be turning heads left and right with the classic sound this car has, a set of wide white wall tires and a bright red interior youll be the talk of the town.
