1980 Corvette, Red/Black #’s match. This is 100% a driver that is for a hobbyist, father/son, father/daughter that likes to tinker as it has quite a bit left to do to it. See pics complete of in/out/undercarriage to see overall condition. This is a nice vette that still needs piddled with a lot as a driver/running ongoing project. L48 – 350 #’s match, 97K, 3-spd automatic, power windows, rear defrost, gauges work and headlights up/down with new relays x2 and work as they should, Aluminum Wheels. Brakes have been addressed recently. Newer 2.5” exhaust mufflers. Speedo and Tach both work along. Frame and Birdcage are in good condition. Starts every time and have not had running issues at all. This is not a long list and the potential beyond where it is at is huge. Needs for continuing to work on: Needs Radiator Core Support/Surround - base is rusted as C3’s are known for rust in the area. The area around this is clean – Needs Fan Switch, then possibly high speed relay too. Needs Wiper wiring or wiper motor Horn does not work Wipers do not work Passenger window motor works but needs either nylon gear bushing or actuator plate or both. Could use Power Steering Control Module rebuilt kit, leaks. Or, a new one. Possible trans seal - does have a leak. Very little coming from pan so somewhere else. Need Passenger Exterior Door Handle and Door Lock Mechanism – opens from inside, not outside. Needs Tires Door panels are in good condition Dash has a dash cover over it so no telling what original looks like, have no idea. Seats are in good condition, total driver seats. The leather is old and dry and will crack Eventually will need seat bottoms for sure. Tops are good. Unique bolsters and door panels compliment them.
